Clinic Director I - Deaconess Health System : Job Details

Works with the VP-COO to set goals and objectives for the respective practices which are coordinated and aligned with the overall strategic goals as developed by the Board of Directors. Supports optimization of the EPIC IT product, particularly as it relates to the assigned business units. Works directly with Practice Managers and Clinic Managers to evaluate requests for implementation of new services/drugs/procedures. Collaborates with the VP-COO to develop and implement business plans/proposals as applicable. Actively seeks advice and opinion of physicians in development of new clinical services. Assesses plans and organizes the resources necessary to execute the business plan(s). Monitors progress towards goal attainment in relationship to key departmental benchmarks; adjusts operations as necessary when goals are not being met.
