Role Overview

• Serves as second-in-command to the Behavioral Health Director
• Supervises 5–6 clinical interns (typically from UAlbany) and 5 clinicians
• Manages a personal caseload spanning approximately 4 residential homes
• Key duties include program management, clinical oversight, conflict resolution, and compliance training
• LCSW license required per regulatory standards

Organization Overview

• Serves roughly 1,300 individuals annually, including 200 in residential settings
• Supports individuals with developmental disabilities across a wide regional area
• Focus areas include promoting independence, vocational training, and residential care
• Behavioral Health services primarily target residential home populations

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary benchmarked at $75K (subject to adjustment based on LCSW requirement)
