The Role

The Client Solutions Manager will be responsible for becoming a trusted advisor and partner to clients by leading digital transformation programs that improve their operations. This role involves developing deep insights into clients' financial outlook, strategic priorities, leadership teams, and digital transformation objectives. Core Responsibilities
  • Identify top priority client organizations and develop account strategies for each.
  • Generate orders and business in new and existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and stakeholders to plan and execute pipeline activities.
  • Build close relationships with top leaders within client organizations in your region.
  • Understand clients' budgets, strategic priorities, challenges, and stakeholder environments.
  • Act as an industry thought leader, engaging in speaking opportunities to raise Xylem's profile.
  • Develop digital performance transformation programs for clients.
  • Introduce clients to Xylem capabilities leveraging colleagues in domain areas.
  • Manage client pitches through contracting and procurement processes.
  • Create comprehensive client dossiers to understand account activities across Xylem.
  • Work across organizational boundaries to align priorities and pursuits.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA or master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of industry experience required.
  • Knowledge of Xylem's industry and products is a plus.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Understanding of digital solutions and client value creation.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business.
  • Experience working with multiple partners and teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Marketo, Salesforce, and Digital Asset Management platforms.

Salary: The estimated salary range is $120,000 to $140,000 plus bonus. Compensation depends on skills, experience, and location. We offer a competitive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
