Talent Acquisition Specialist at Masis Staffing (Fanning Personnel)

We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our client's North American Client Service team and support Relationship Managers in delivering a best-in-class client experience. This hybrid position is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial services who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What Youll Do

• Partner with Relationship Managers to plan and execute client meetings
• Prepare, review, and manage meeting materials and follow-ups
• Maintain client records and coordinate account activity, including openings, restructurings, and closings
• Communicate with clients, custodians, and internal teams such as Compliance, Operations, and Performance
• Attend meetings and produce clear, actionable meeting notes
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and tailor support to individual client needs

What Were Looking For

• 36 years of experience in client service, investment management, or financial operations
• Bachelors degree with strong academic performance
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Strong judgment, follow-through, and a team-first mindset
