Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Title: Client Service Associate

Location: Bonita Springs, FL (on-site)

Salary: $60k - $85k + bonus (based on experience)

Terms: Full-time

The Client Service Associate will work closely with the Relationship Manager to support our Financial Advisors in providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will ensure that the operation of day-to-day tasks related to client service and task-related processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Must effectively carry out the essential duties and responsibilities of this position in a manner that consistently demonstrates the companys core values of Thoughtful, Progressive, Collaborative, Respectful, Integrity, Caring, and humble in a positive manner.

  • Support: Assist with day-to day client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively resolving clients issues and concerns.
  • Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize a variety of tasks and processes, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain thorough client documents, reports, and records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and the Relationship Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and phone correspondence.
  • Maintenance: Assist in opening and closing client accounts, updating account information, and processing account transactions accurately (including documentation).
  • Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Generate and distribute periodic reports on client accounts, transactions, and performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Relationship Manager and other team members to achieve company goals.

Education:

Bachelors or associate degree in a business related helpful but not required. Equivalent work experience considered as substitute.
