Client Services Associate - Arrow Search Partners : Job Details

About The Company

Our client is a dynamic alternative investment firm and is hiring a Client Services Associate who will be responsible for onboarding new investors, managing ongoing requests from current investors, and assist with investor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with fund administrator, prospects, and investors to facilitate investor onboarding
• Review incoming investor requests and project manage both internal and external groups to ensure timely completion
• Assist with data analysis and visualization for inclusion in investor reports for RFIs, monthly/quarterly status updates, etc
• Partner closely with IR team to respond to ongoing ad hoc requests from investors
• Review investor capital activity and facilitate interactions between the fund administrator and investors

Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• 2-4 years of experience in a client facing role
• Experience with reporting software
• Advanced Excel skills

Salary Range

$80,000-$90,000
