Position Details
- Greet and engage clients in a positive and friendly manner.
- Provide top-tier client/customer service and hospitality to all clients and prospective clients.
- Share pricing and class information with prospective clients.
- Deliver Megaformer machine demos to new clients.
- Conduct studio tours for new clients.
- Support SLT instructors to ensure a seamless client check-in and class experience.
- Maintain complete knowledge of Mariana Tek system.
- Assist management with daily studio operations.
- Respond promptly to studio emails and notify the Studio Manager as needed.
- Understand SLT product knowledge, policies, and procedures for retail operations.
- Perform basic Megaformer machine maintenance.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organization between classes.
- Assist with retail inventory at month-end.
- Complete opening and closing checklists.
- Perform other studio duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience with Mariana Tek software is a plus.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented outlook.
- Highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with team members, clients, and management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work Requirements
- Minimum of three shifts per week, each at least 4 hours.
- Flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Availability to work some holidays.
