Client Service Representative - TEKsystems : Job Details

NOW HIRING FINANCIAL CSR'S IN WESTBOROUGH, MA! This role is 100% on site Monday-Friday.

• Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
• Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing, balancing, settling and servicing all types of security transactions.
• Responds to customer inquiries. Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements.
• Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries.
• Records details about customer inquiries.
• Helps resolve complicated customer complaints.
• Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. Familiarity with MS Office required.

• Training will be M-F 8:30am-5pm
• Position hours will be M-F 9:30am-6pm

• Must have previous inbound call center experience - financial services is a plus but not required
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• High level of professionalism - clear communication skills
• Will need a smart phone for secondary login verifications

• The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Westborough, MA.
