Pay: $20/hour BOE - Similar Positions: Customer Service Representative, Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities of Client Service Representative:Prepare quotes and issue certificates of insurance, endorsements, and ID cards for clients and prospects. Review policies for accuracy and maintain up to date client information in the agency management system. Assist account managers with documentation, renewals, and policy changes. Perform a range of service tasks and back office functions with accuracy and efficiency. Keep detailed and organized client files and maintain clear internal communication. Contribute to the preparation of renewal documents and assist with processing policy updates as needed. Other duties as assigned.
