Client Service Representative - Willow Grace Veterinary Hospital : Job Details

Willow Grace Veterinary Hospital is a community-focused practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for pets and their families. We're currently seeking a positive, bubbly, and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team.

Client service experience is required. Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous client service experience (required)
• Is open-minded and adaptable to change
• Brings a friendly, upbeat attitude to every client interaction
• Can manage multiple clients with grace in a fast-paced environment
• Remains calm and composed during busy times
• Is empathetic, kind, and professional
• Works well both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Greeting and assisting clients and patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Managing phone calls, scheduling, and client communications
• Maintaining accurate records and appointment details
• Supporting a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk
• Assisting the veterinary team to ensure smooth daily operations

Schedule & Availability: Applicants must have open availability to work within the following hours of operation:

• Monday & Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM (Shifts begin as early as 7:15 AM)
