Client Service Representative
Pay: $18.50$32.00/hour, depending on experience

As a Client Service Representative (CSR), you are often the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in creating lasting, positive impressions. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, answering phones, and managing check-in/check-out processes
- Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable
- Schedule and confirm appointments accurately and efficiently
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and client outreach
- Present and explain service fees, and process payments
- Recommend and assist with the purchase of products and services, including prescription refills
- Educate clients on general pet care topics (e.g., flea/tick prevention, housebreaking, heartworm prevention)
- Accurately maintain and organize medical records, charts, and correspondence
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- A compassionate approach toward both pets and their people
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to learn and apply new information quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in conditions involving pet-related allergens, noises, odors, bites, scratches, and waste
