Job Description :

We're looking for a compassionate and professional Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front office team! As the first and last point of contact for our clients, CSRs play a vital role in shaping their experience at our hospital. Position Type: Full-Time (30+ hours per week) Availability: Must be available to work weekends and flexible shifts within our hours of operation (7:00 AM - 10:00 PM) Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and patients warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments accurately using EzyVet software.
  • Obtain and upload prior medical records and keep client information up to date.
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and provide clear instructions.
  • Assist with check-ins, triage for emergencies, and keep clients informed of wait times.
  • Accurately process invoices and accept multiple forms of payment (cash, credit card, CareCredit, Scratch Pay).
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and organized reception area.
  • Provide support during sensitive situations, including euthanasia appointments.
  • Uphold a respectful and collaborative workplace environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong background in client service; veterinary experience is a plus.
  • Excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working on a computer and learning veterinary software.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a high-volume setting.
  • Willingness to work weekends and varied shifts within a 7 AM - 10 PM schedule.
Work Environment:
  • Animal hospital setting with exposure to pets, cleaning agents, and occasional loud noise.
  • Standing or sitting for extended periods.
  • Exposure to zoonotic diseases and other medical environments.
