Overview: The Client Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting Project Managers with daily tasks, ensuring smooth communication between clients and advisors. This role requires managing ahigh volume of emails and multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail. Additionally, you will be overseeing all administration withing your client service team. You will be booking client consultations, tracking projects for the team, and qualifying the experts.This position can be remote within the United States. The ideal candidate will be able to work in the east coast time zone. What You'll Do: Responsible for scheduling bulk telephone consultations for client service teamsManage multiple client organization requests and respond within a timely mannerCoordinate with advisors and clients to confirm telephone consultationsLeave messages and follow up with Advisors to expedite scheduling projectsMaintain an updated status of client telephone consultationsQualify Advisors via questionnaire to confirm if they are appropriate for consultationsFollow multiple work streams to help Project Managers organize client requests and track progress on projectsAssist with ad-hoc requestsWhat You Have: 1+ years of previous work experience dealing in a high call volume environmentAttention to detail and excellent follow-up skills requiredStrong aptitude for developing systems of organizationExcellent time management skills and able to multi-taskAbility to work as part of a team and independentlyExcellent sense of urgency and responsivenessWhat We Offer: The annual base salary for this position is $50,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location.
