Job Description :
Track client documentation and trade settlement processes Execute trades on a reverse inquiry basis Act as primary liaison between front office and operations team for sales & trading desks Execute assigned responsibilities proactively autonomously Develop a working knowledge of the products and capabilities of the assigned business Provide support for client relationships and ensure consistency and continuity in their support rule Act as the first point of escalation for client service requests Assist various departments to complete client requests Provide technical and operational support to new clients Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned Experience and Skills Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university 1 year relevant customer service experience preferred Securities industry experience a strong plus FINRA Series 7 license preferred Extremely strong computer skills and ability to learn new software Excellent problem-solving skills, 'can-do,' attitude and stron...Client Service, Sales, Associate, Service, Client Relations, Operations, Retail
