You will serve as the primary contact for financial advisors, internal stakeholders, and third-party partners, ensuring seamless onboarding and servicing.Your Role To succeed, you should understand Invesco's investment and operational capabilities, service offerings, culture, and vision to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Building collaborative relationships across sales, product, operations, finance, legal, compliance, and other teams is essential due to the complex needs of our clients.Responsibilities Field inquiries from Financial Advisors and Internal Sales Teams about Invesco's Private Market offerings.Assist Financial Advisors with account opening, maintenance, and onboarding inquiries (deadlines, platform questions, subscriptions, redemptions, distributions).Coordinate with transfer agents to review and resolve Not in Good Order (NIGO) items.Oversee trade and wire reconciliation, manage trade date processes for subscriptions and redemptions.Respond to inquiries and resolve trade-related issues for broker-dealers, RIAs, FinTech platforms, and custodians.Collaborate with Invesco units and transfer agents on client inquiries, problem resolution, and reconciliation.Assist in onboarding Invesco's Funds to distribution & FinTech platforms.Document operational procedures for fund onboarding and maintenance.Develop expertise in distribution partners' operational platforms and processes.Support ad hoc projects and research for business initiatives.Communicate significant client issues internally and escalate as needed.Propose and participate in team improvements related to training, infrastructure, and efficiency.Qualifications 2+ years of experience in the financial industry.Knowledge of alternative investment funds, FinTech platforms, Broker-Dealer, Custodian, Wirehouse, and RIA channels.Understanding of private market product structures (506(c), Internal Funds, BDC, Non-Traded REIT).Strong client service and operational skills, with a focus on responsiveness, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and process improvement.Ability to manage complex client relationships and meet client expectations.Clear understanding of accountability and ownership within teams.Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving aptitude.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.Education & Licensing Bachelor's degree required.Series 7 License preferred.Additional Information The total compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location.
