To learn more, please visit: The Client Service Associate plays a vital role in supporting the wealth transfer life insurance team by executing tasks and initiatives that facilitate efficient policy and client service operations. This position requires strong coordination and communication skills, as the associate will interact with multiple insurance carriers, utilize various systems, and maintain direct contact with carrier representatives to manage and resolve client-related changes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of navigating complex administrative processes to ensure high-quality client service delivery.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Processes all insurance policy service requests, including address, beneficiary/ownership changes, and premium mode changes.Provides superior client service by identifying client's wants and needs, acting on, and following through to completion, keeping all parties informed throughout the processInteracts daily with insurance carriers and vendors to ensure proper and timely execution of client service requestsTakes a proactive lead on conserving the existing block of business by notifying clients of overdue insurance premiums and coverage in danger of lapsing, tracking all attempts and progress, and keeping the agent informed of problematic casesPrepare 1-page summaries of current coverage for client review meetings and order in-force illustrationsAbility to follow through on a variety of requests and ability to create resolution on client and/or service-related matters.Responsible for fielding phone calls, reviewing & scanning incoming mail, and maintaining client filesEnsures data accuracy by regularly and routinely updating information in Salesforce and maintaining client files. The base salary range for this position is $57,000 to $77,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
