Overview: The Client Relationship Executive is tasked with nurturing and expanding client relationships within assigned territories, providing effective and scalable solutions for local and regional clients. By emphasizing proactive client management and delivering customized services, this role will foster account retention and promote revenue growth. It involves engaging with clients to understand regional needs, coordinating with internal teams for efficient service delivery, and maximizing satisfaction through consistent follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and enhances relationships with existing accounts while establishing connections with new clients, offering informed recommendations on product offerings to meet client needs.
- Identifies and generates leads for target accounts to boost new revenue opportunities.
- Explores existing parent accounts for potential service expansions.
- Secures new projects and site opportunities from current parent accounts.
- Recognizes and pursues opportunities to convert customers from competitors to our offerings.
- Drives product and unit sales beyond the initial service agreements.
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure availability of equipment, timely delivery, and appropriate servicing.
- Implements account plans within designated regional territories, identifying growth opportunities while enhancing client satisfaction and retention strategies.
- Aims to meet or surpass regional revenue targets.
- Delivers personalized solutions that align with client requirements, maximizing upselling and cross-selling within accounts.
- Nurtures relationships with clients, ensuring seamless communication, prompt problem resolution, and proactive support for ongoing projects.

Qualifications:
Education:
- 4-Year Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of sales experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in outside sales or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to travel more than 35% and have reliable transportation for client visits.
- Knowledge of equipment rental agreements and coordination.
- Capacity to manage multiple clients at various sales process stages while ensuring service quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Physical Requirements:
- This position entails hybrid outside sales requiring minimal to moderate physical activity, including extended periods seated in a vehicle or at a desk, with some time spent standing and walking while visiting sites.
- Part of the role will involve working in a typical office setting.
- Traveling to client sites may require exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature changes, dust, fumes, loud noises, and uneven terrain.
- Proficiency in using hands and fingers for handling, controlling, or feeling objects and tools is essential.
- The ability to see details of objects close up is required.
- Clear speech and understanding of spoken language are necessary for effective communication.
- Must be able to focus on single sound sources in noisy environments.

The salary range for this position is $63,000.00 - $94,600.00 per year, based on factors including geographic location, job-related skills, experience, education, and certifications, along with a comprehensive benefits program.
