WE Transport Inc. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Direct of client relations to maintain the success of a rosters of clients from RFP through renewal
  • Communicate with various internal & external stakeholders to ensure a strong partnership with our clients.
  • Manage the deployment of custom-tailored technology solutions to clients
  • Communicate expectations of technology implementation projects with clients as needed
  • Act as liaison between the Commercial team and other departments on behalf of the clients.
  • Design and evaluate scalable solutions for Customer Relations and other departments as needed
  • Provide data driven analysis to leaders regarding the needs of the customers
  • Support the RFP process when needed
  • Operationalizing our countermeasures based on Net Promoter Scores and other feedback from clients.
  • Utilize and leverage pre-existing technology licenses currently available to Operations
  • Speak to clients and prospects at tradeshows
  • Support the tradeshow process, included, but not limited to, set up and breakdown
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
  • 1-5 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical role or working with technology is a plus
  • BA/BS in related field or an equivalent of job experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel)
  • Sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Integrity and accountability.
  • Strong prioritization, relationship management, interpersonal skills, ability to effectively manage competing deadlines and expectations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to effectively articulate core facets of our business and interact effectively with clients and staff.

Work Environment: Beacon is a professional environment involving constant interaction with drivers, monitors, transportation coordinators, management, and other employees. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands: This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, or balance and stoop, kneel, reach, or crouch. This role requires sitting in front of a computer, as well as standing/walking while training indoors and outdoors. You must be able to travel to other bases/locations as required.
