Client Relations Manager (Hybrid) - Broadridge Financial Solutions : Job Details

Maintain exceptional relationships with assigned clientsacting as a key point of contact, proactively addressing any service, delivery, or billing issues. Oversee and plan daily, month-end, and annual production runs; ensure material readiness, provide instructions, and deliver timely client reporting. Lead production planning meetings and communicate workflow progress to both internal teams and clients. Participate in presenting at Quarterly Business Reviews, driving client satisfaction and alignment. Work closely with clients and internal teams to implement changes and manage projects smoothly. Identify and support process improvements; collaborate in cross-functional groups driving business initiatives. Act as a role modeldemonstrate a positive attitude, encourage high performance, and uphold all Broadridge best practices to safeguard client trust and associate wellbeing.
