ResponsibilitiesThe Client Relations Executive (CRE) makes essential contributions to the achievement of the organization's objectives as a field-based business development representative, consistently meeting referral and admission volume expectations. The CRE is the voice of the customer, maintaining and growing market share and developing new sources of business to support the branch's plan. The position works with senior management to develop and execute strategies to meet revenue, patient experience, and profitability goals.
The CRE II additionally mentors and supervises assigned CREs and/or Care Transition Nurses, observing and reporting trends, changes, and opportunities for business growth. Primary customers include skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, physicians, and healthcare organizations within the market.
Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum Education: Healthcare professional credential, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: CRE I: At least one year of related sales experience in healthcare or patient transportation. CRE II: Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and manage staff, with knowledge of healthcare industry practices.
Skills: Excellent sales, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to travel; valid driver's license; proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Additional InformationPay Range: $36.00 - $47.49/hour
