Responsibilities

The Client Relations Executive (CRE) makes essential contributions to the achievement of the organization's objectives as a field-based business development representative, consistently meeting referral and admission volume expectations. The CRE is the voice of the customer, maintaining and growing market share and developing new sources of business to support the branch's plan. The position works with senior management to develop and execute strategies to meet revenue, patient experience, and profitability goals.

The CRE II additionally mentors and supervises assigned CREs and/or Care Transition Nurses, observing and reporting trends, changes, and opportunities for business growth. Primary customers include skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, physicians, and healthcare organizations within the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support CHI Health at Home's mission to exceed customer, staff, and shareholder expectations, aligning with the organization's values and standards of service.
  • Adhere to the Corporate Compliance Program, including confidentiality of HIPAA information.
  • Meet or exceed monthly admission targets as set by management.
  • Identify and develop relationships with healthcare providers and facilities in the region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships through regular contact, acting as the primary contact for client troubleshooting and conflict resolution.
  • Create and implement a yearly business plan to exceed budget and goals.
  • Maintain accurate data on customer relationships and activity in the CRM system.
  • Represent CHI Health at Home in professional organizations and community events.
  • Assist in proposal preparation, contract analysis, and community education about services.
  • Coordinate patient discharge processes and determine eligibility for home care services, providing guidance on Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance policies.
Qualifications

Minimum Education: Healthcare professional credential, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: CRE I: At least one year of related sales experience in healthcare or patient transportation. CRE II: Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and manage staff, with knowledge of healthcare industry practices.

Skills: Excellent sales, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to travel; valid driver's license; proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Pay Range: $36.00 - $47.49/hour
