Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally
- Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Follow up on client needs or concerns in a timely manner
- Assist with internal projects and events as needed
- Accurately update client information in the CRM system
