Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Partner with a talent for helping life sciences companies solve problems through Axtria's consulting expertise, robust processes, and innovative cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships with senior executives (VPs+), developing strategies, and creating compelling content to secure large engagements. A proven track record of winning new clients and stakeholder management is essential.

The role involves:

  • Building relationships with CXO, VP, and Director-level professionals across data, analytics, operations, and IT, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Developing account strategies and business plans across various divisions and buying centers.
  • Accountability for account growth, deepening existing relationships, and opening new buying centers.
  • Coaching team members in account management, both in the US and offshore.
  • Expanding our business across platforms, managed services, analytics, omnichannel, and data management.
  • Achieving revenue targets, managing gross and client margins, and overseeing account P&L.
  • Ensuring excellent customer experience and delivery quality.
  • Contributing to proposal creation, RFP responses, and point of view documents.
  • Recruiting and referring account managers.
  • Managing programs across all client projects.
  • Maintaining a sales forecast for assigned accounts.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Minimum 18+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as client management or sales, preferably in consulting, software, IT services, third-party analytics, or as an executive in a large pharma firm.
  • Strong experience in the pharma (life sciences) industry.
  • Proven ability to engage with IT, business, and C-level executives.
  • Well-rounded consulting skills with cross-selling and up-selling capabilities across functions.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong contracting and negotiating skills.
  • Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) solution sales.
  • Experience managing P&Ls of USD 20 million or more is preferred.
