Client Onboarding Consultant - Michael Page : Job Details

Our client is an investment bank and well-known asset manager located in Midtown New York City with $9 trillion under assets. They are hiring 1 Client Onboarding Consultant for a 6-month contract with potential opportunity to extend. The consultant will be required to work two days on-site in the client's New York City office.

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding.
• Prepare KYC packages and perform due diligence, including Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), based on client risk ratings.
• Conduct OFAC and Negative News screenings on clients and related parties.
• Liase directly with Front Office, clients, and internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
• Ensure onboarding processes meet internal audit requirements and recommend efficiency improvements where needed.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in client onboarding, KYC, or similar compliance-related function at a Bank or Financial Services Institution.
• Ability to work on-site two days per week at our client's Midtown New York City office.
