Company Overview: A global investment management firm with over $200 billion in assets under management, known for its systematic, research-driven approach, is seeking to hire an Associate for their Onboarding team within Operations. Job Responsibilities:

• Independently manage and provide leverage in the management of events such as Launches, Terminations, In-Kind transfers, Strategy Changes, Broker & Security Additions, New Market Openings, Custody/Administrator Changes.
• Become well-versed in proprietary systems and tools.
• Manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment.
• Introduce ways to increase efficiency and process improvements.
• Manage client and internal inquiries independently.
• Complete account opening and documentation for various events.
• Communicate and coordinate setups with external brokers and service providers.
• Lead firmwide and client meetings.
• Act as liaison for internal and external parties across all events.
• Coordinate, track, and manage multi-faceted and long-standing projects.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree.
• 3-7 years of experience in a client onboarding role at a bank or investment manager.
• Experience in operations, preferably Hedge Fund experience.
• Product knowledge in Equity and Derivative (OTC, FX, etc.) asset classes.
• Proficient in Excel/SQL.
