(NO 1099 or C2C)Akkodis is seeking to fill a LONG-TERM CONTRACT Client Implementation Specialist(QA) job in Winston Salem, NC. The successful candidate will provide expertise leading onboarding and implementation activities for systems, processes, and products and conducting in user acceptance testing (UAT). The Specialist will ensure high level of client satisfaction by driving seamless implementation and onboarding experiences for clients and stakeholders as well as quality assurance through thorough testing. The Client Implementation Specialist will understand and troubleshoot company products, services, and systems. Determine and review project plans. Coordinate product needs between clients and company team members.Client Implementation Specialist(QA) job responsibilities:Lead client onboarding and implementation activities, ensuring timely and successful adoption of systems or products.Develop certification plans that validate the business and technical requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Identify, document, and track issues, bugs, and inconsistencies, working closely with technology teams for resolution.Test new product software application or enhancements to existing software applicationMaintain detailed documentation, including test results, defect logs, and testing/implementation metrics.Implement improvements in testing processes that reduce risk and drives efficiencies.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, providing guidance and addressing concerns.Conduct system configurations, data migrations, and customizations based on client requirements.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all implementation milestones are met.Monitor and evaluate implementation success, collecting feedback for continuous improvementQualifications required:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experienceCandidate requires minimum 3+ years of client onboarding and integration experienceCandidate requires minimum 3+ years of experience performing testing support for internally developed applicationsExperience with Windows and Linux based distributed systems, IBM MQ and connect direct technologiesDefinitive and fundamental understanding of XML language used in messagingMust be detail oriented and organized in both thought and practiceMust be able to communicate ideas, both in written and verbal, in a clear, concise, and professional manner, including technical writing skillsAbility to work with all levels within the organizationStrong attention to detail to ensure firm policies and procedures are adheredProficiency with MS Office applications including MS ProjectProven experience in user acceptance testing and/or system implementation.Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.Knowledge & Skills:Development of onboarding and implementations project plansDevelopment of test cases and supporting documentation against requirements experience.Ability to continuously enhance testing criteria and results reportingAs directed, undertake additional duties and responsibilities that may arise from time to time.Ability to build relationships, build consensus, negotiate solutions, and guide customers through their decision process is highly desirable.If you are interested in Client Implementation Specialist(QA) job in the Winston-Salem, NC area then please click APPY NOW.
