Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, or equivalent experience in the financial services industry.
- Prior experience in financial services or sales.
- Relevant registration, licensing, or certification in the financial services field.
- A successful professional or military career track.
Licensing Requirements:
- You will need to obtain the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licensing; these can be acquired during your paid training period.
- FINRA registrations must be completed within three months of hiring.
- State insurance licenses are also required.
