Kyo is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with autism. The Client Enrollment Specialist (CES) plays a key client-facing role, coordinating with families, health insurers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and supportive onboarding experience. From first contact through service launch, the CES guides clients through every step of the process with professionalism, efficiency, and care.

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in client service and project coordination. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, and a strong ability to troubleshoot issues and keep multiple processes moving forward simultaneously.

The position is full-time and remote (~35-40 hrs/week) but does require a quarterly in-person meeting in Orlando, FL.

$20-23 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the intake and onboarding process
  • Collect and manage client data to facilitate insurance authorizations, service setup, and payment processing
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information sharing
  • Troubleshoot issues creatively and independently as they arise
  • Prepare, collect, and submit documentation to health insurance payers, including authorizations, agreements, and contracts
  • Support cross-functional projects and periodic service audits
  • Build expertise in Kyo's practice and project management platforms; assist teams with technical or process-related questions
  • Maintain accurate tracking of client onboarding steps within internal systems
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 23 years of experience in a client-facing service role
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional projects and manage data
  • Comfortable navigating multiple digital tools and platforms with speed and accuracy
  • Skilled in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, client authorizations, or case management is a plus
