Your Mission

As a Client Director, you will be at the forefront of sales and business development, driving revenue growth and forging powerful client relationships. You will challenge traditional approaches, push boundaries, and deliver data-driven solutions that make a difference.

What You'll Own

Revenue Growth: Achieve ambitious sales targets by expanding relationships within key accounts.

Strategic Market Positioning: Identify untapped opportunities and develop bold strategies to maximize impact.

Client Engagement: Build deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders, understanding their challenges and delivering tailored solutions.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage insights to optimize business strategies and drive measurable success.

High-Stakes Negotiations: Lead compelling pitches, close high-value deals, and influence decision-makers.

What We're Looking For

Proven Sales Leadership: Experience in Oncology, Clinical Diagnostics, Precision Medicine, or selling data/consulting services.

Strategic Visionary: Ability to prospect, qualify leads, and expand stakeholder networks.

Master Negotiator: Skilled in influencing key players and closing complex deals.

Relationship Builder: Ability to establish and maintain high-impact networks within the industry.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (preferred).

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field. MBA preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years in B2B client management within pharma, biotech, life sciences consulting, or data services. Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or in vitro diagnostics is a plus.
