Position Role: Client Care Specialist BVLGARI North America seeks a Client Care Specialist for our Beverly Hills Flagship Boutique. This pivotal role enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering an exceptional service experience to our After-Sales Clients. You will professionally manage the entire service process and collaborate closely with internal teams. This role will Report into the Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Client Interaction (70%)

• To ensure effective service delivery, engage with clients using various communication tools, including phone, email, and video.
• Educate clients on product care and troubleshooting, recommending tailored
• Manage the entire repair process, ensuring seamless logistics and consistent client
• Collaborate with client advisors to update service practices and create new sales opportunities while providing feedback to the merchandising team.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair management with our National Service Center and local service
• Update and maintain SAP with information on Spare Parts inventory and Repair
• Manage estimates confirmations and update workflow to optimize logistics and client Ideal Candidate:
