At Core Vet Animal Hospital, we believe veterinary care should feel as good as it works—and that starts at the front desk. We're looking for a friendly, upbeat, and organized Client Care Representative to be the welcoming face of our brand-new, modern hospital in the heart of Harbor Point.

If you're a people-person with a love for animals, a knack for customer service, and a passion for making someone's day, we want to meet you!

What We're Looking For:

  • A fun, outgoing personality with a warm, professional demeanor
  • A genuine love for both people and pets
  • Commitment to making every client and patient feel happier walking out than when they came in
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based software (EzyVet experience a big plus!)
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a sense of humor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and collected
  • Previous experience in veterinary or medical reception preferred, but not required

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Greeting clients and patients with warmth and enthusiasm
  • Managing appointment scheduling, phone calls, emails, and client communication
  • Checking patients in and out, processing payments, and reviewing invoices
  • Educating clients about services, wellness care, and next steps
  • Supporting the veterinary team to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations
  • Maintaining a clean, welcoming front desk and waiting area
