Client Care Representative - STILLWATERS VETERINARY CARE PC : Job Details

We are a small veterinary hospital specializing in end-of-life care for pets. We are looking for another compassionate team member to help answer phone calls and emails and assist with scheduling home visits and staffing our physical office to help with stocking, laundry and coordinating getting pet ashes back to their families. We are looking for someone open to a flexible schedule with both remote and in-person shifts available. A qualified individual needs be detail oriented and good with technology. The ideal candidate has previous experience in the veterinary field with scheduling experience and a solid knowledge of the greater Syracuse and Ithaca area. Position has the potential to grow to full-time with the right candidate. This role is hybrid. You will be required to be in office for some shifts.
