We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, client-focused individual to join our wealth management team as a Client Service Associate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and multi-faceted environment, who demonstrates strong execution and communication skills with a proactive approach to tasks. Our ideal candidate: Day-One Expectations: Accurately process basic money movements and transactions (e.g., wires, checks, trades, account openings) Possess basic knowledge of investment vehicles (such as ETFs, mutual funds, stocks, and alternatives), account types (including IRA, trust, taxable), required minimum distributions, annual gifting regulations, and related topics Implement strong organizational systems to manage daily tasks and long-term follow-ups, managing to and meeting deadlines Long-Term Vision: Participate in client calls and understand foundational topics (e.g., portfolios, financial planning, cash flow) Lead operational execution across multiple internal processes and projects Drive work forward between clients and advisors with confidence and clarity by crafting: meeting prep, agendas, and action item follow ups Detailed salary information: New York: the salary range for this role is $75000 to $98000 The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team

Youll be working on the Park View Partners team in Manhattan. We deliver high-touch, strategic support to our clients, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service. As a Client Service Associate, you play an important role in ensuring operational excellence and building trusted client relationships.

Your expertise

series 7 and 66 licenses ideally 3+ years of relevant experience in client service within Wealth Management bachelors degree polished and personable in both written and verbal communication detail oriented (nothing gets past you) proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, notably Microsoft Teams
