Clerical Support Specialist Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

• Audit import documents for accuracy and compliance

• Stamp, organize, and save documents to specific digital folders

• Use internal systems such as AS400, PDM, and Importdocs to locate and manage files

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat to view and modify documents

• Access and work within BI Tools (HTS Codes and BOM)

• Maintain file organization using Google Drive

• Collaborate with internal team members as needed

Clerical Support Specialist Shift Info

• Day Shift: 08:00 am to 05:00 pm

• Monday to Friday

Clerical Support Specialist Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• Experience with Google Gmail, Google Sheets, and Excel

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat

• Familiarity with AS400, PDM systems, Importdocs, and BI Tools preferred

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

• Dependable and reliable attendance record

• Willingness to learn and adapt to specific tasks and processes

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently

• Resume required

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US
