Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs Campus is seeking a detail-oriented and organized X-Ray Department Clerk to provide administrative and clerical support to our Radiology team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the X-ray department, including scheduling, record management, patient coordination, and communication between staff and patients.Qualifications:* Previous clerical or administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred* Familiarity with medical terminology, especially in radiology, is a plus* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record (EMR) systems* Strong organizational and multitasking skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Commitment to professionalism and patient confidentialityWork Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
