Duties, and activities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Acts as one of two receptionists for the main suite; greet visitors and answer phones. Direct phone calls and visitors to the appropriate office or individual. Provides assistance office-wide as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Full-time college student; GPA minimum 3.0; Available to work average of 20 hours during work week (Monday - Friday, 8 am 12:30 pm or 12:30 pm 5:00 pm); Required experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively.
