Primary Job Title: Clerical WorkerLocation: Phoenix, AZDate Posted: 7/14/25Employment Type: ContractOverview:Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist to join the Mortgage Servicing and Booking Team on a contract basis. The Clerical Worker will review loan documentation for accuracy, ensuring systematic data entry. The ideal candidate will have a background in mortgage servicing and booking, be eager tolearn new processes, and display self-starter qualities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Ensure all parts of loan agreements are correctly entered into the system.

• Manage residential loan mortgage booking, modifications, and servicing.

• Handle high volumes of loan booking tasks.

• Track GL entries for loan bookings and fee collection.

• Perform quality control checks on loan servicing processes/entries.

• Participate in remote meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in lending (servicing, booking, or both).

• Experience with residential loans and servicing.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word and Excel).

• Ability to track GL entries and production metrics.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Quick learner and self-starter who can manage tasks independently.

• Comfortable with remote meetings and training.

Preferred:

• Experience with Appian or similar workflow management tools.
