Job Title: Clerical Warehouse Support (Administrative Assistant II)
Location: Cheektowaga, NY
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shift: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Monday - Friday
Overview:
Our client is seeking a Clerical Warehouse Support professional to join their team. This role supports the team and involves a mix of administrative and light warehouse-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings.
Responsibilities:
Prepare reports and presentations using various software tools
Compile data from multiple sources for audits and project tracking
Assist with small-scale projects while maintaining confidentiality
Perform general administrative duties in both office and warehouse environments
Support audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
Qualifications:
Some warehouse experience (clerical or operational) to understand terminology
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
