Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional individual to join our client's team as Clerical Assistant. This position provides essential clerical and administrative support, requiring strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, patients, and executive leadership. Job Description
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, reception work, scheduling meetings, typing and preparing correspondence, and indexing.
  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, computers, and photocopiers.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Liaise with nurses, physicians, patients, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to meet departmental needs.
  • Handle other clerical functions as assigned.
Skills Required
  • Two years of clerical or administrative experience required.
  • Prior medical office experience and knowledge of medical terminology are preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong recent experience in Excel.
  • Ability to type at least 50 keystrokes per minute.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service abilities and professional demeanor.
Education/Training/Certifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
Additional Requirements
  • Shifts: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
Pay Rate
  • $26.00 per hour
