Cleaning Manager- The Met Philadelphia - Live Nation Entertainment : Job Details

Direct and supervise cleaning staff as directed to ensure venue standards are being met Oversee inventory and report on necessary purchases Provide customer services by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints On an ongoing basis leads and train staff to include assisting in staffing positions to ensure that all staff members are well-informed on event specific details. Assist with managing breaks Ensure compliance with all venue policies and procedures to include all safety regulations Show CARE by participating in the venues sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue Oversee productivity and work assignments of the cleaning staff and communicate with management any challenges and status of all assignments prior to the conclusion of the shift Other tasks as assigned by manager Assign team members to specific dut...Manager, Cleaning, Management, Staff
