Cleaner/Spotter - Martinizing Dry Cleaning : Job Details

DescriptionThe Cleaner/Spotter of an Environmentally Friendly Martinizing Plant is responsible for ensuring the overall production quality and profitability of garment cleaning. We typically look for a person with three (3) years of industry experience, who not only has prior knowledge of running a Dry Cleaning Plant, but is also open minded to seeing the benefits of using the Martinizing program and systems of production.At Martinizing, a Cleaner/Spotter will daily be responsible for such items as:Professional Spotting - including recognizing the type of stain and either pre spotting or post spotting that garmentRunning dry cleaning loadsFinishing of garmentsOverseeing finishers & pressers to ensure quality work at profitable production levelsOverall control of workSorting of garments to proper stations throughout PlantRequirements

• Experience working in a fast paced environment similar to farming, industrial, or manufacturing labor
• Flexible hours including Saturdays
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle client's garment with care
• Good hand/eye coordination and the ability to physically manipulate the pressing equipment.
• Previous pressing experience preferred, but not required and must be 18 or older.
