CLASS Attendant - BrightSpring Health Services : Job Details

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Provide mobility assistance, including transferring clients from beds to wheelchairs and other necessary movements. Observe and report any changes in the client's physical or emotional condition to the appropriate healthcare professional. Administer medications as directed and assist with medical appointments. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Ensure a safe and clean-living environment for clients. Assist clients in participating in community activities and social events. Support clients in accessing community resources and services. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided, client progress, and any incidents or concerns. Complete required reports and submit them to supervisors as needed.
