Class A Driver-Home Daily 1st Shift - Caruso USA : Job Details

Caruso is a family owned, 4th generation company that delivers fresh ready-to-eat, and pre-cut produce, sandwiches, salads, and fresh meal kits to retail distribution centers and direct-to-retail stores all over the USA and we are growing!We are looking for an experienced Class A Driver in Memphis, TN! Home Daily. The Routes picks up at in Memphis, TN at 9:30 am and goes to Smyrna, TN.This is Touch Freight. Must have at least 9 months of verifiable experience in the last 3 years.Responsibilities:

• Transport goods to and from manufacturing plant to other divisions
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventive maintenance
• Meet Delivery schedule
• Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipt.
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations as well as with company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Collect and verify delivery instructions
• Report defects, accidents, or violations

Requirements:1. Must be at least 21 years of age2. Must have Class A License3. Must have 9 months of verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 3 years. 4. Must have a good driving record with none of the following violations:

• Reckless driving
• DUI/OMVI
• Hit and Run
• Excessive Speed as defined by DOT (15+ miles over
• No Preventable Accidents. No more than 2 moving violations withing the last 24 months

5. Ability to lift 50 pounds, work and drive in all types of weather6. Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies, and procedures7. Excellent and prompt attendance each day scheduled8. Experience with refrigerated products and previous route delivery experience a plus.
