Department 668 Shift: Variable. Experience: 1-3 years Average Yearly Pay Range: $70,000 - $135,000 In addition to base pay, our drivers have the ability to earn up to $9400 in quarterly incentive and safe driving bonuses, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworkers gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401 k, paid time off, and more. As a Petroleum Transport Driver, you will be responsible for delivering petroleum products to our store locations on a timely basis. Our drivers, based in 25 locations, deliver one million gallons daily to 850 stores, log over 20,000 miles daily and are able to be home at the end of each shift.
