Job Description :
Under moderate supervision, you will partner with claim professionals to assist customers. Your responsibilities will include building customer relationships, completing financial transactions, updating and managing important business information, and handling various other duties and projects. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Serve as a customer service representative in the claim department. Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Triage and route callers to appropriate departments. Answer claim status and payment inquiries. Claim Operational Service and Partnerships: Partner with claim professionals across departments to ensure timely claim resolutions. Document claim files accurately, including notes and diaries. Request, review, and manage reports, records, medical bills, mail, and wage statements. Prepare claim documents for legal and medical reviews.
