Position: Claims Service Representative

Salary: $25.81 hourly / $52,000 annually

Hybrid role: Initial training is 100% in-office for 6-9 months; afterward, you'll work in the office 4 days a week and enjoy the flexibility of working from home 1 day a week.

Our comprehensive, industry-leading training program will equip you with the skills to handle the claims process. As a Claims Service Representative, you will gather details about accidents, investigate claims, and support our policyholders through tough times. Your patience, attention to detail, and empathy will make a significant difference in helping them get back on the road.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
• Strong multitasking skills with proficiency in computer applications.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
