Primary Purpose of the Role:

To analyze Workers Compensation claims for our clients, determining benefits due while ensuring claims are adjudicated within service expectations, industry best practices, and client requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Analyze and process claims through well-developed action plans for timely resolution by investigating and gathering information.
• Negotiate claim settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carriers and respond to requests promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Education & Licensing: 5+ years of claims management experience or equivalent; High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred; active adjusters license with CA workers compensation experience.
