Civil/Site Division Manager - Pennoni Associates : Job Details

Participate in the identification / pursuit of new clients as well as developing additional work within an existing network of clients. Oversee and manage junior and senior staff for specific project assignments; this also involves training and mentoring staff members. Participate in interviewing and hiring new staff. Supervise field activities; this includes interpreting field conditions and laboratory analytical results. Effectively organize / write / edit reports, draft proposals, and other documentation. Coordinate different work groups within the same (or different) office location(s); this can involve working within the same or different disciplines (on an as-needed basis).
