Job Summary
The Civil Rights Investigator is responsible for conducting investigations pertaining to protected status discrimination and harassment, sexual misconduct, dating and domestic violence, stalking, and retaliation. The Civil Rights Investigator will conduct investigations pursuant to CSU policies and applicable state and federal laws. The Civil Rights Investigator will prepare comprehensive investigation reports; compose and send appropriate correspondence with parties, advisors, and others regarding investigations and other aspects of the formal and informal resolution processes; and, when appropriate, support the Associate Vice President for Title IX and Equal Opportunity in coordinating post-investigation remedial actions with affected students, employees, departments, and divisions.

The final hiring salary will be commensurate with experience.
