Job DescriptionJob Title: Civil Project Manager Location: Griffin, GAAre you a driven Civil Project Manager ready to lead projects to success in Griffin, GA?We have an immediate need for a Civil Project Manager to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring quality designs are produced and delivered on schedule, within budget, and scope, while supporting Lead Project Managers and the Director of Civil Engineering.About the Role:

• Project Management Assistance: Assist in the project management of Engineers and Designers.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure quality designs are produced and delivered.
• Schedule & Budget Management: Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Effectively interact, build rapport, and communicate with clients, municipalities, and fellow employees.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.

Who You Are:

• Educated Professional: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experienced Project Manager: You have 3-8+ years of relevant experience.
• Aspiring PE (Preferred): You are seeking PE or EIT/FE certification (a plus).
• Strong Communicator: You possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: You have effective organizational skills.
• Client-Focused: You are committed to exceeding both company and client expectations.
• Leadership Skills: You possess effective project management and supervision skills.
• Industry Engaged: You are involved in approved outside affiliated organizations (engineering, marketing, professional development).

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3-8+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional Info:

• Term: This is a 6-month contract to direct opportunity.
• Pay Range: $33.65 - $57.69 depending on prior experience.
