Civil Litigation Associate - Hybrid - Midtown NYC Boutique Firm - Beacon Hill : Job Details

Are you a newly admitted attorney whose practice focuses on litigation and you are looking to work at a boutique law firm where attorneys provide personalized legal representation that is focused on transparency, communication and a continued dedication to client-oriented litigation?

Small, boutique, Midtown NYC law firm focused on a wide range of business disputes and individual disputes is looking for a Civil Litigation Associate to be an integral part of a busy team that handles business and commercial litigation, construction law, insurance coverage disputes, personal injury cases, real estate disputes, and class actions. Attorneys also provide strategic consulting to businesses of all sizes - which you will get to be a part of!

What you will do:

• Drafting motions, oppositions, etc.
• Working on and being part of: discovery, depositions, motions for summary judgment, settlements and trial
• Second Chair with potential and intention to be First Chair
• Have extensive client contact
• Be an active part of developing and executing client strategy

Qualifications/Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney (plaintiff side) even though firm focuses on several areas
• Must be admitted in New York and in good standing
• Hybrid schedule
• Strong work ethic, organizational skills and communication required
